Refund Policy

Welcome to Hinvest! We offer a 7-day free trial period for our auto-trader bot service, during which you can evaluate its performance. If you are dissatisfied with the service or if it is not profitable for you within this trial period, you can request a full refund.


If you wish to request a refund after the trial period, you can do so within 14 days of your purchase if our service is not performing as described or is not profitable for you. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a screenshot and description of the issue you are experiencing to our email at [email protected].

To complete your refund request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and you must contact us via the email address where the order was delivered to.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund within a couple of days, please double-check your bank account statement or contact us at [email protected].


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected] with a description of the issue you are facing.


Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription to our auto-trader bot service at any time. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so by contacting us at [email protected].

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to our service until that time. No refunds will be provided for any remaining time in the billing cycle.

Please note that if you cancel your auto bot and do not stop or close your open trading positions, those positions will remain open until the conditions for take profit or stop loss are met. If you disconnect your API, we do not have access to your account to manage your trade positions, and we are not responsible for any resulting losses. It is your responsibility to ensure that your positions are properly managed.
